An ancient Greek pattern was transformed into high performance functional acoustic objects that absorb sound and create context, diffusing a message. Grecian possesses expressive powers of its own; otherwise it would not look this good.
Decorative Grecian acoustic elements reduce the echo time and the difference in noise level - what we call acoustic screening - and optimize the spatial structure with translucency that already look sound absorbing because of the perforated surface. In fact perforation is veritably known for improvement of sound absorption.
Grecian Acoustic Walls, Screens, Lampshades, Ceiling Absorbers and Floating Objects are ideal for achieving surprising visual effects creating a pleasant room climate. The perforated surface of the elements and the skeleton metal frame (without chipboard) become lighter in weight and swivel castors or feet can easily be mounted making it more flexible to separate different areas when needed. Due to the 4-layering (double-sided) perforated structural elements, there is no need for additional filling materials. LED or Light-tubes can be inserted creating an attractive light ambience, which plays a crucial roll in helping to feel comfortable and ensures a sense of well being that can raise people’s mood and motivation.
Artfully crafted by hand without any tools, gluing or stitching and easy to repair without any tools. Made out of natural, renewable and fully biodegradable Merino wool felt, naturally flame-retardant and without any harmful substances.
